Return Policy

We are pleased to offer a 2-day return policy from the date of product delivery for all items that remain unused and unworn.

Our return policy covers most items; however, there are exceptions. Custom-made items, personalized jewellery, and specific product categories may not be eligible for returns. We recommend reviewing the product description or contacting our customer support team to confirm eligibility before making a purchase.

To initiate a return, kindly send an email to us at contact@arvijewellery.in, providing valid reasons for the return and including detailed photographs of the product. Alternatively, you can also submit a return request through WhatsApp at                      +91 9834380391.

For a successful return, please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, with their original accessories, the original bill, and in the same packaging as initially delivered to you.

Upon approval of your return request by our team, please package the item securely in its original packaging. We will then arrange for a return pickup. Please note that the cost of shipping for the return will be deducted from the amount originally paid.

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 15 days for the refund to be processed and deposited into your account.

We want to emphasize that we cannot accept returns for products damaged while in the customer's possession.

In cases where a customer is found to be abusing our returns policy, ARVI reserves the right to ban those individuals from using our website. Furthermore, we maintain records of all products dispatched from our warehouse and will not entertain claims of receiving different items in the parcel.

If you suspect that the parcel has been mishandled by the courier partner, we strongly advise not accepting the parcel.

In the event of missing items in return orders—where the customer claims to have returned products but the actual pickup does not include all the specified items—ARVI reserves the right to deduct an amount of up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.

Please be aware that ARVI will process refunds only after a thorough inspection of the returned items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding of our return policy.
